At Bullet, we aim to offer a transparent and user-friendly experience. Coins in the Bullet app are used to unlock premium content, features, and other experiences within the app. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any coin purchases.
All coin purchases made within the Bullet app are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by applicable law. Once a transaction is completed, we are unable to reverse or cancel it.
Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
Unauthorized or accidental purchases
Technical issues where coins were not credited despite successful payment
Double or duplicate transactions
Fraudulent transactions not initiated by the user
All refund requests will be evaluated case-by-case by our support team.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@bulletshorts.com with the following details:
Registered email ID or phone number
Transaction ID / Order ID
Date and time of transaction
Reason for refund request
Any supporting screenshots or evidence
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date for eligibility.
Once a refund request is submitted, our team will respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
For transactions made through Google Play or Apple App Store, refunds are subject to their respective policies. In such cases, you may be required to contact the platform directly.
Any misuse of the refund process (e.g., repeated claims without valid reason) may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
