  • In-App: Go to Profile > Help & Feedback > Contact Us

  • Email: Send your queries to support@bulletshorts.com 

  • Support Ticket: Use the "Raise a Ticket" option in the Help section of the app

Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST.


Q2: What details should I include when raising a support request?

A: To help us resolve your issue faster, please include:

  • Your registered email or mobile number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Screenshots or screen recordings (if possible)

  • Transaction ID (for payment-related queries)


Q3: I have feedback or feature suggestions. How can I share them?

A: We’d love to hear from you! You can submit ideas via:

Q4: How long does it take to get a response from support?

A: Most queries are resolved within 24 to 48 hours. High-priority issues like payment failures or account access problems are addressed within 12 working hours.


Q5: Is live chat support available?

A: Currently, we do not offer live chat. However, we are working on integrating chat-based support in future app versions. For now, please use email or ticketing.


Q6: Can I talk to someone over a call?

A: At this time, we do not provide phone support. This ensures all conversations are tracked and documented for faster resolution and quality control.


Q7: How do I check the status of my support ticket?

A: After submitting a ticket, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a ticket ID. You can track the ticket via:

  • Email updates

  • In-app > Help & Feedback > My Tickets


Q8: What if I don’t get a response?

A: If you don’t hear back within 48 hours:

  • Double-check your spam/junk folder

  • Resubmit the ticket with the original reference ID

  • Escalate by adding [Escalation] in the email subject line


Q9: How can I report a bug or app issue?

  1. Go to Profile > Help & Feedback > Report a Bug

  2. Briefly describe the issue

  3. Attach any relevant screenshots or error messages
    Our technical team will review it and release fixes in future updates.


Q10: Is there a community or forum for users/creators?

A: We are currently working on building a creator and user community. Meanwhile, follow us on:

  • Instagram / Twitter / YouTube for creator updates and announcements.

  • Creators may also be invited to private Discord or WhatsApp beta groups for early access testing.
