Subscription Refund Policy

Are subscriptions refundable? 

Subscriptions on BULLET are generally non-refundable once the payment is successfully processed. 

When am I eligible for a refund? 

A refund may be considered only in the following cases: 

  • Duplicate payment was made for the same subscription. 
  • A technical error occurred from our end resulting in an incorrect charge. 

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

 
When am I NOT eligible for a refund? 

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations: 

  • You forgot to cancel the subscription or autopay. 
  • You were charged as part of the regular renewal cycle. 
  • Partial usage of the subscription period. 
  • Change of mind after purchase. 
  • Cancellation after the billing cycle has already started. 

Refunds via Google Play Store / Apple App Store 

  • If the subscription was purchased via Google Play Store or Apple App Store, refunds are governed by their respective refund policies. 
  • BULLET does not have direct control over refunds processed by these platforms. 
  • Users may need to request refunds directly from the store. 

How long does a refund take? 

  • If approved, refunds typically reflect within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment method. 

  • In some cases, it may take longer as per the payment gateway’s processing timelines. 

Important Note 
In case, the subscription amount was deducted but the subscription was not activated, Email us at support@bulletshorts.com, with your registered mobile number/email id. 

Cancelling a subscription or autopay does not automatically trigger a refund. It only prevents future charges.
