BULLET BLACK FAQs

1. What subscription plans does BULLET offer?

Bullet offers two premium subscription options:

  • Black Lite – With Ads (₹49 weekly, ₹99 monthly)
  • Black + – Ad-Free (₹149 monthly, ₹249 quarterly, ₹999 annually)

 

2. What do I get with Black Lite?

Black Lite gives you access to all premium content with ads.
 It’s an affordable plan for users who don’t mind ad-supported viewing.

 

3. What are the benefits of Black +?

Black is the 100% ad-free premium plan.
 You get:

  • Completely uninterrupted viewing
  • Access to all premium content
  • Long-term packs for better savings (quarterly & annual)

 

4. Is content the same for Black Lite and Black +?

Yes. Both plans offer full content access.
 The only difference is the ad experience.

 

5. Do you offer early access or special releases for subscribers?

During special occasions, Bullet may offer early access or exclusive content to Black members. Any such offers will be announced in the app.

 

6. Do subscriptions auto-renew?

Yes. All plans auto-renew unless you cancel before renewal—just like major OTT platforms.

 

7. How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Go to:
 Profile → Subscription → Manage Subscription
 You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.

 

8. Can I upgrade from Black Lite to Black +?

Yes. You can upgrade to Black anytime.
 Activation depends on app store policies (immediate or next cycle).

 

9. Are prices the same on Android and iOS?

Prices may differ slightly due to Google Play or Apple App Store tax rules.
 Your final amount will always be shown before payment.

 

10. Do you provide refunds?

No. Refunds for partial subscription periods are not provided.
 You will continue to have access until your paid period ends.

 

11. Can I share my subscription with others?

Not currently. Bullet accounts are intended for individual use only.
 Multi-device or family sharing may be introduced later.

 

12. Will offline downloads be available?

This feature may be added in future updates.
 Bullet plans to roll out downloads gradually.

 

13. What happens if my payment fails?

Your payment platform will retry automatically.
 You may also update payment information manually.

 

14. Will my watch history be lost if my subscription ends?

No. Your history, watchlist, and preferences remain saved even if your subscription expires.

 

15. Are there ads in the free version?

Yes. The free tier is ad-supported.
 Upgrading to Black + removes all ads instantly.

 

16. If I upgrade from a Black Lite plan to a Black + plan, will my earlier payment be adjusted or refunded?

 

No. If you upgrade from any Black Lite plan (₹49 Weekly or ₹99 Monthly — both with ads) to a Black plan (₹149 Monthly, ₹249 Quarterly, or ₹999 Yearly — all ad-free), the amount you paid for the Black Lite pack will not be refunded or adjusted.

 

This is because your upgrade is processed before the validity of your current Black Lite plan ends, and as per policy, mid-cycle upgrades do not carry forward, convert, or adjust the remaining validity.

Example

If you purchased the Black Lite Monthly pack for ₹99 and then upgrade to the Black Monthly plan for ₹149 before your 30-day Lite validity ends:

  • You will be charged ₹99 + ₹149
  • The earlier ₹99 will not be refunded or adjusted


17. Why is this non-refundable?

 

When a user switches plans before the current plan expires, the platform treats it as a new and separate purchase.

Therefore, the remaining validity of the Black Lite plan becomes ineligible for refund or adjustment.
