How do I buy BulletCoins?
→ Tap the wallet icon, choose a coin pack, and complete the payment through available gateways (UPI, cards, wallets).
I accidentally bought the wrong coin pack. Can I get a refund?
→ All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
My coins expired. Can I get them back?
→ Coins expire if your account is inactive for 12 months. Unfortunately, expired coins cannot be reinstated.
Are coins transferable between accounts or usable outside the app?
→ No. Coins are non-transferable and are valid only within the Bullet platform.
