Q1: My app won’t load. What should I do?

A:

  • Check your internet

  • Restart your phone

  • Update to the latest version

  • Clear cache (Settings → App Info)


Q2: Why am I getting playback errors?

A: It could be due to:

  • Slow internet

  • Outdated app

  • Server load
    Try switching networks or restarting the app.


Q3: How can I report a bug?

A: Go to Profile → Help & Feedback → Report Issue. Describe the problem and attach a screenshot if possible.
