Q1: What’s the difference between Subscription & TVOD? 

A: 

  • Subscription (SVOD): Unlimited access to content with monthly/annual plans. 
  • TVOD (Transactional): Pay-per-title using Bullet Coins. 

Q2: How do I subscribe to BULLET BLACK Premium? 

A: Go to Profile → Upgrade to Premium. Choose a plan and pay using UPI, credit/debit cards, or wallets. Once active, your Premium badge will appear. 

Q3: Can I cancel my subscription? 

A:  How to Cancel Autopay / Subscription 

You can cancel your subscription or autopay anytime using the platform you originally used to subscribe. 

  • For Google Play Store / Apple App Store: 
    Go to your subscriptions section in the respective store and cancel the subscription directly from there. 
  • For UPI Payment Gateways (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.): 
    Open your app and check the Autopay / Subscriptions section. You can cancel your subscription directly from there without needing to contact the app team. 
  • Need Assistance? 
    If you face any issues while cancelling, reach out to support@bulletshorts.com with your registered account details. Our team will help you resolve it quickly. 

Note: Cancelling a subscription stops future payments but does not refund the current billing period. Your subscription may remain active until the end of the billing cycle. 

Q4: What payment methods are accepted?

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/MasterCard) 
  • Paytm Wallet 
  • Net Banking 

Q5: Are there free trials or offers? 

A: Yes. New users often get a 3-day free trial or promotional discounts. Check the Offers tab regularly for updates.
