Video is not playing or buffering continuously.
→ Try refreshing your internet connection or switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Also ensure you have the latest app update.
The video I watched disappeared from my watch history. What now?
→ Login again to refresh your session. If the issue remains, share your user ID with our support team for recovery.
