Q1: How can I buy BulletCoins?

A: You can purchase BulletCoins directly from the app:

  • Go to Profile > BulletCoins > Buy Coins

  • Choose from available coin packs

  • Complete payment using UPI, wallet, credit/debit card, or net banking

Once successful, your coin balance will be instantly updated.

Q2: How do I use BulletCoins to unlock content?

A: Premium episodes or exclusive content will display a “Watch with Coins” button. Tap it and confirm to deduct the required BulletCoins. Once unlocked, the content is available for unlimited rewatch from your account.

Q3: Are BulletCoins transferable to other users?

A: No. BulletCoins are non-transferable and tied to your individual account. Sharing, gifting, or selling of coins is not permitted under our usage policy.

Q4: Do BulletCoins expire?

A: Yes. Coins have a validity of 90 days from the date of purchase or reward credit. You’ll receive reminders before expiry via in-app notification or email.

Q5: Can I get a refund for unused coins?

A: Purchased BulletCoins are non-refundable, except in the case of duplicate or failed transactions. You can raise a ticket via the app or email support@bulletshort.com with proof of payment.


Q6: What if my coin purchase fails but payment is deducted?

A: If the coins are not credited:

  1. Wait for 10 minutes (due to payment gateway processing delays)

  2. Restart the app

  3. If still unresolved, raise a support ticket with:

    • Transaction ID

    • Payment method used

    • Screenshot of deduction

Our team will investigate and resolve it within 48 hours.

Q7: Can I use BulletCoins for subscriptions?

A: Currently, BulletCoins are valid only for TVOD (pay-per-view) content, creator experiences, or gamified rewards. Subscription (SVOD) plans must be purchased using real money. However, hybrid plans may launch soon.

Q8: Why do different episodes cost different numbers of coins?

A: BulletShorts uses a dynamic pricing model based on:

  • Content popularity

  • Viewer demand

  • Length & format

  • Creator performance

This ensures fairness and reflects the real value of the content being unlocked.

Q9: Can I earn coins without buying them?

A: Yes! You can earn BulletCoins for free by:

  • Completing daily watch streaks

  • Referring friends

  • Participating in in-app challenges

  • Watching rewarded ads (where available)

Check the “Earn Coins” tab in your wallet section for all available activities.

Q10: Can creators redeem or withdraw coins earned via content views?

A: No. Creators don’t receive coins directly. Instead, views and unlocks via coins are converted into real earnings, visible in the Creator Dashboard under revenue analytics. Payouts are made monthly based on performance.

Q11: Can I buy coins during a live episode or event?

A: Yes. If you run out of coins during a live stream or episode, you’ll see an in-context purchase prompt. Tap "Buy Coins" to instantly recharge and continue watching without leaving the experience.

Q12: Is there a daily or monthly limit on coin purchases?

A: To ensure platform safety, we can purchases at:

  • ₹5,000/day per user (or equivalent in your currency)

  • ₹15,000/month per user
    This is subject to change based on your account history and transaction patterns.

Q13: Will I get GST invoices for coin purchases?

A: Yes. Once you complete a purchase, a GST-compliant invoice will be emailed to your registered ID and available in Profile → Purchase History.

Q14: Can I use coins offline?

A: No. BulletCoins can only be used within the live, online BulletShorts ecosystem and require internet connectivity for validation and unlocking.

Q15: Can I use coins to tip or support my favorite creators?

A: Yes! You can support creators by unlocking their exclusive content or participating in creator-led interactive drops. A future update will allow direct creator tips via coins.
